Should you choose the Regular Mail options or Free Shipping Options, we cannot be held responsible for lost or non delivered items as Regular Mail does not include a tracking # or insurance. As per Canada Post’s shipping policy, packages shipped via regular mail may take up to 30 business days to arrive. If you do not receive your package in a timely fashion, please wait the full term (30 business days) before contacting us about a non-delivered item.”

 

All items are priced in Canadian dollars and shipped 2-5 days from the date the order is placed. You will be informed via e-mail once your order has been shipped. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

**If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be re-paid before we will send the package again.

American and international customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries.

 

REPAIRS

All jewellery is created with care by hand. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have any repair inquiries, please contact Contact@yourfavouritesubject.com. We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 3 months after date of purchase, you pay for the return shipping.

Subject II Change reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Subject II Change can also make repairs to your broken jewelry even if it’s not Subject II Change. Prices vary depending on the repair.

 

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is very important to us!

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Contact@yourfavouritesubject.com stating the issue and we will gladly accept unused, unworn merchandise for a store credit only within 7 days from the date you receive your goods. The credit will be for the total amount less shipping charges.

The sender is responsible for any shipping charges relating to returns. Please pack the merchandise in a padded envelope or bubble wrapped in a small box to ensure it doesn’t get damaged on the way back. It would be wise to use a carrier that offers you a tracking number, as we will not be responsible for lost goods through the mail. All sales are final on customized and discounted items.
